In the zip file there are two makefiles designed for windows,
one for static linking and the other for shared linking.(SSL library)
Two files have been edited: autosscep.h (the "include" part) and net.c.
3 modifications on net.c made the use of autosscep on windows possible :
- The winsocks registration (WSAstartup and WSAcleanup)
- The use of the function "recv" instead of "read"
- The out comment of the function "alarm"
